About the Role
As a Junior Commercial Coordinator – PCA, you’ll support the execution of our international sales strategy for animal nutrition subproducts. This includes managing customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, supporting billing and logistics coordination, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
You will report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Manager and work collaboratively with internal teams across finance, logistics, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales processes for animal nutrition subproducts in local and international markets
- Track client needs, confirm volumes, and manage quarterly sales planning
- Follow up on purchase orders, inventory levels, and customer shipments
- Oversee billing support, accounts receivable follow-up, and client communication
- Coordinate the dispatch of commercial samples and ensure documentation accuracy
- Collaborate on sales plan execution and market research for new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial/logistics/sales coordination
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Proactive communicator with a service-driven approach
- Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and client-facing processes is a plus
