Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead international B2B sales of finished products and drive market intelligence and business development initiatives. This is a strategic role combining commercial execution, customer relationship management, and marketing collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for assigned territories
  • Manage key accounts and follow up on sales orders and production timelines
  • Lead trade show participation and follow-up on qualified leads
  • Oversee competitive benchmarking and market analysis
  • Support marketing efforts, brand positioning, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure seamless order-to-delivery cycles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related fields
  • 6–8 years of experience in commercial roles within manufacturing or health industries
  • Advanced English (C1 level)
  • Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
